摘  要:采用过氧单磺酸钾(PMS)/臭氧(O_(3))协同浮选工艺对磷石膏进行了增白净化研究,考察了PMS质量分数、固液比和反应时间等因素对磷石膏白度的影响,根据单因素结果设计正交试验获得搅拌浸出试验最佳工艺条件,在此基础上,通过反浮选试验对磷石膏进行净化增白研究。结果表明,预处理后PMS质量分数为5%时,通入O_(3)搅拌浸出2.5 h,磷石膏白度从27.8%提高至68.3%;预处理后PMS质量分数为5%时,磷石膏采用PMS/O_(3)协同浮选工艺,白度从27.8%提高至77.2%,浮选后杂质P_(2)O_(5)由1.33%降至0.24%,F未被检出。本研究可有效拓展磷石膏在建材等领域的应用。In this paper,collaborative flotation process of PMS/O_(3) was used to study the whitening and purification of phosphogypsum.The effects of single factors such as PMS concentration,solid-liquid ratio and reaction time on the whiteness of phosphogypsum were investigated,the optimal process conditions for stirring leaching test were obtained by designing orthogonal experiments based on single factor effect results.On this basis,purification and whitening of phosphogypsum were studied through reverse flotation experiments.The results showed that the whiteness of phosphogypsum increased from 27.8%to 68.3%,when the concentration of PMS was 5%and stirring with ozone for 2.5 h.When the concentration of PMS was 5%,a PMS/O_(3)synergistic flotation process was adoped,the whiteness of phosphogypsum increased from 27.8%to 77.2%,the impurity P_(2)O_(5)decreased from 1.33%to 0.24%,and F was not detected,thereby expanding its application in building materials and other fields.
