摘  要:红土型风化钛铁矿因风化程度较完全,原矿中含泥量高,传统工艺选别难度较大,在保证回收率的前提下,精矿中TiO_(2)品位较难达到符合行业标准的品质要求。本试验针对TiO_(2)品位43.92%的红土型风化钛铁矿粗精矿,利用超声波的空化效应对其进行脱泥除杂,以实现进一步提高TiO_(2)品位的目的。对超声波频率、搅拌时间、搅拌转速、矿浆浓度与钛粗精矿脱泥率及品位的关系进行条件试验研究。结果表明,在超声波频率30 kHz、搅拌时间30 min、搅拌转速2000 r/min、矿浆质量分数30%的情况下,获得了脱泥率7.88%、TiO_(2)品位46.05%、TiO_(2)回收率96.58%的钛精矿。最终产品质量符合行业标准YS/T 351-2015中《钛铁矿精矿》Ⅴ级品质要求,为同类型钛粗精矿提质降杂提供了技术借鉴。Laterite-type weathered ilmenite has high mud content in the raw ore due to the more complete weathering degree,which makes the traditional process of sorting more difficult,and the TiO_(2)grade in the concentrate is more difficult to achieve the quality requirements of the industry standard under the premise of guaranteeing the recovery rate.In this paper,for the rough concentrate of lateritic weathered ilmenite with TiO_(2)grade of 43.92%,ultrasonic cavitation effect was used to desliming and removing impurities to achieve the purpose of further improving TiO_(2)grade.The relationship between ultrasonic frequency,stirring time,stirring speed,slurry concentration and the desliming rate and grade of ilmenite crude concentrate was investigated in a conditional test.The results showed that under the ultrasonic frequency of 30 kHz,stirring time of 30 min,stirring speed of 2000 r/min,and slurry concentration of 30%,a titanium concentrate with a desliming rate of 7.88%,a TiO_(2)grade of 46.05%,and a recovery rate of 96.58%was obtained.The final product quality met the industry standard YS/T 351-2015"ilmenite concentrate"for grade V quality requirements,providing technical reference for improving the quality and reducing impurities of similar titanium coarse concentrates.
