摘 要:为实现工业固废利用,降低水泥使用量,以锂渣为主要掺和料,复掺自燃煤矸石、钢渣部分替代水泥制备复合胶凝材料,研究掺和料配比和水泥替代率对水泥砂浆力学性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,当复合掺和料中锂渣、自燃煤矸石和钢渣比例为4∶1∶1时,28 d抗压强度达到51.98 MPa,替代30%水泥后期抗压强度较25%掺量下降较小。微观结果表明,掺入掺和料未改变水化产物类型,主要为水化硅酸钙、氢氧化钙和钙钒石;复合掺和料中活性组分SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)与Ca(OH)_(2)发生二次水化反应,生成更多水化硅酸钙与钙钒石,协同水化,促进强度提升。In order to achieve the utilization of industrial solid waste and reduce cement usage,lithium slag is used as the main admixture,and self igniting coal gangue and steel slag are partially substituted for cement to prepare composite cementitious materials.The effects of admixture ratio and cement replacement rate on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cement mortar are studied.The results show that when the ratio of lithium slag,spontaneous combustion coal gangue,and steel slag in the composite admixture is 4∶1∶1,the compressive strength at 28 d reaches 51.98 MPa,and the later compressive strength of replacing 30%cement does not decrease significantly compared to the 25%dosage.The microscopic results show that the admixtures do not change the type of hydration products,mainly calcium silicate hydrate,calcium hydroxide and vanadite;The active components SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3)in the composite admixture undergo a secondary hydration reaction with Ca(OH)_(2),generating more hydrated calcium silicate and calcium vanadate,which synergistically hydrate and promote the improvement of strength.
