摘 要:【目的】探明氯苯胺灵(CIPC)、香芹酮和二氧化氯(ClO_(2))不同组合处理对甘薯贮藏保鲜的效果,为其生产应用提供科学依据。【方法】以ClO_(2)为防腐剂,以香芹酮和CIPC为抑芽剂,采用两因素随机区组试验方法,研究不同组合处理〔无防腐剂+无抑芽剂(A_(1)B_(1))、无防腐剂+香芹酮(A_(1)B_(2))、无防腐剂+CIPC(A_(1)B_(3))、ClO_(2)+无抑芽剂(A_(2)B_(1))、ClO_(2)+香芹酮(A_(2)B_(2))和ClO_(2)+CIPC(A_(2)B_(3))〕对甘薯贮藏保鲜的效果。【结果】随着贮藏时间的延长,6个组合处理紫云红芯薯的发芽率均呈上升趋势,90 d时各处理(A_(2)B_(2)除外)发芽率为1.23%~25.43%,A_(1)B_(3)最高,A_(2)B_(3)最低;105 d和120 d时各处理发芽率分别为2.97%~37.17%和10.57%~62.03%,均以A_(1)B_(3)最高,分别以A_(2)B_(2)和A_(2)B_(3)最低;135 d时各处理发芽率为18.17%~100.00%,A_(1)B_(1)最高,A_(2)B_(2)最低。施用防腐剂能有效抑制紫云红芯薯的失重率和腐烂率,施用抑芽剂的抑制效果不明显,紫云红芯薯贮藏135 d时,不同处理的平均失重率为27.72%~41.56%,依次为A_(1)B_(1)>A_(1)B_(3)>A_(1)B_(2)>A_(2)B_(2)>A_(2)B_(1)>A_(2)B_(3);平均腐烂率为11.00%~39.67%,依次为A_(1)B_(1)>A_(1)B_(2)>A_(1)B_(3)>A_(2)B_(1)=A_(2)B_(3)>A_(2)B_(2)。【结论】紫云红芯薯贮藏期施用ClO_(2)+香芹酮能有效抑制薯块发芽,降低薯块失重率,延缓品质劣化;ClO_(2)防腐效果良好,可应用于实际生产。【Objective】The effects of different agents combinations of chlorphopham(CIPC),carvone and chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2))on the storage of sweet potato were explored to provide the scientific basis for its application in the production.【Method】Taking chlorine dioxide(ClO_(2))as the preservative,and carvone and CIPC as the bud inhibitor in the experiment,the effects of different combinations〔non-preservative+non-bud inhibitor(A_(1)B_(1)),non-preservative+carvone(A_(1)B_(2)),non-preservative+CIPC(A_(1)B_(3)),ClO_(2)+non-bud inhibitor(A_(2)B_(1)),ClO_(2)+carvone(A_(2)B_(2))and ClO_(2)+CIPC(A_(2)B_(3))〕on the storage of sweet potato were studied by two-factor experiment with randomized block design.【Result】With the prolonging of the storage,the germination rate of Ziyun red core sweet potato under six treatments showed an increasing trend.The germination rate of all treatments(except A_(2)B_(2))on 90 d was 1.23%-25.43%,among which A_(1)B_(3)was the highest,A_(2)B_(3)was the lowest.The germination rate of all treatments on 105 d and 120 d was 2.97%-37.17%and 10.57%-62.03%,among which A_(1)B_(3)was the highest,A_(2)B_(2)and A_(2)B_(3)were the lowest.The germination rate of all treatments on 135 d was 18.17%-100.00%,among which A_(1)B_(1)was the highest,A_(2)B_(2)was the lowest.Applying preservative could effectively inhibit weight loss rate and decay rate of sweet potato,while the effects of applying bud inhibitor were not obvious.When the Ziyun red core sweet potato were stored on 135 d,the average weight loss rate of different treatments was 27.72%-41.56%,following A_(1)B_(1)>A_(1)B_(3)>A_(1)B_(2)>A_(2)B_(2)>A_(2)B_(1)>A_(2)B_(3);The average decay rate was 11.00%—39.67%,following A_(1)B_(1)>A_(1)B_(2)>A_(1)B_(3)>A_(2)B_(1)=A_(2)B_(3)>A_(2)B_(2).【Conclusion】During the storage period,the combined application of ClO_(2)and carvone could effectively inhibit the germination of tubers,reduce the weight loss rate of tubers and delay the deterioration of quality.ClO_(2)had good preservative effect and could b
