基于黏度时变性的多孔介质注浆扩散规律分析

摘  要:为了探究动水环境下黏度时变性幂律型浆液在砂砾石中的扩散规律,以幂律型水泥浆液为研究对象,开展幂律型浆液的黏度时变性试验,得到浆液的黏度时变性方程,依托计算机编程语言生成粒径在0.1~4.0cm范围内的圆形颗粒来模拟砂砾石颗粒,并在数值模型中自定义浆液黏度时变性本构方程,使用COMSOL数值模拟软件中的层流两相流水平集接口,实现动水环境下黏度时变性幂律型浆液在多孔介质中的数值模拟。结果表明,幂律型浆液的黏度与时间呈指数关系,水灰比与浆液黏度增长幅度呈反比;浆液在扩散的过程中,浆液黏度变化曲线与扩散距离呈“n”形分布,浆液黏度变化过程可分为平稳区域与下降区域;其扩散形态从圆形逐渐过渡到椭圆形直至“U”形;相同条件下,浆液的扩散距离与时间呈正相关,并且随着水灰比的增加而增加,随着多孔介质孔隙率的减小而减小,同一水灰比下考虑与未考虑浆液黏度时变性扩散面积的差值与时间呈正比,同一时刻下考虑与未考虑浆液黏度时变性扩散面积的差值随水灰比的增加呈减小的趋势。因此,在工程实践中不可忽略浆液黏度时变性与孔隙率对浆液扩散规律的影响,研究结果对于实际注浆工程具有一定参考与借鉴的意义。In order to investigate the diffusion law of viscosity time-varying power-law slurry in gravel under dynamic water environment,the power-law cement slurry was taken as the research object.In the research,the viscosity time-varying test of the power-law slurry was carried out and the viscosity time-varying equation of the slurry obtained.With the round particles generated by the computer programming language sized within the range of 0.1~4.0cm to simulate the gravel particles and the customized viscosity time-varying equation of the slurry,the numerical simulation of the viscosity time-varying power-law slurry in the porous medium under the dynamic water environment was realized by using the laminar two-phase flow level set interface in the COMSOL numerical simulation software.The results showed that the viscosity of the power-law slurry was exponential with the time,and the water-cement ratio was inversely proportional to the gradient of slurry viscosity rise.In the process of slurry diffusion,the slurry viscosity change curve and the diffusion distance were shaped as"n"distribution,and the slurry viscosity change process would be divided into the smooth region and the falling region.The diffusion pattern transitioned gradually from the circular to the elliptical and to the"U"shape.The diffusion distance of the slurry,under the same conditions,was positively correlated with the time,increasing with the increase of water-cement ratio and decreasing with the decrease of porosity of the porous medium.The difference between the denaturation diffusion areas when slurry viscosity was considered and not considered at the same time was proportional to the time,and the difference of the denaturation diffusion areas between the two decreased with the increase of water-cement ratio.Therefore,the influence of slurry viscosity and porosity on slurry diffusion law should not be neglected in engineering practice,and the results of the study have certain significance as a guide and reference for actual grouting projects.
