摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,“互联网+”模式在各个行业都得到了广泛应用。文章将探讨基于“互联网十”的企业教育培训系统的设计和实现,其中将详细介绍系统的设计原则、功能模块以及实现方法,并通过实际案例验证系统的可行性和效果,旨在提高企业员工的学习效果和培训效率。通过系统的设计和实现,“互联网+”企业教育培训将更加灵活、便捷,可为企业员工提供个性化的学习体验。With the continuous development of information technology,the"Internet+"model has been widely used in various industries.This article will discuss the design and implementation of the enterprise education and training system based on"Internet+",in which the design principles,functional modules and implementation methods of the system will be introduced in detail,and the feasibility and effect of the system will be verified through actual cases,aiming to improve the learning effect and training efficiency of enterprise employees.Through the design and implementation of the system,"Internet+"enterprise education and training will be more flexible and convenient,providing personalized learning experience for enterprise employees.
