摘  要:应用模式匹配法分析了矩形波导感性膜片不连续性。文章结合不连续处的感性膜片两侧的电磁场边界条件,构造变形的三角基函数用以展开矩形波导不连续性处的电磁场,最后推导出矩形波导不连续性处的广义S参数矩阵。该方法与传统等效电路法相比精度较高,将THz矩形波导滤波器利用模式匹配法分析的数值计算结果与HFSS仿真结果进行了比较,两者吻合较好,具有较高工程应用价值。The inductive iris discontinuity in rectangular waveguide is analyzed utilizing mode-matching method.Taking into consideration the electromagnetic edge conditions in the proximity of inductive iris,the modified trigonometric functions are constructed as basis functions to expand the eletromagnetic fields at the discontinuities.Then S-parameters of inductive iris in rectangular waveguide is deduced.Compared to traditional equivalent circuit method,mode-matching mode is more accurate and effective.Numerical calculation results obtained from mode-matching method of THz rectangular waveguide filter agree well with simulation results of HFSS,has high project practical application value.
