摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的推进,新能源业务快速发展,市场竞争持续加剧。在风光发电及新型储能等新能源项目建设中,其投资确定已不再以行业造价定额为导向,而是以市场为导向。为充分发挥新能源行业造价体系的引领作用,需提高其灵活性及造价定额的更新效率,快速响应市场需求,并高效准确地实现项目建设投资的计算。因此,建立新能源工程造价行业定额体系快速更新与补充机制,加快推进新能源造价业务数字化与转型升级是行业发展的重要趋势。本文通过分析新能源项目造价体系的现状,探讨了在市场经济体制下新能源项目造价体系的数字化转型路径。With the promotion of the"dual carbon"goal,the new energy business is developing rapidly,and market competition continues to intensify.In the construction of new energy projects such as wind and solar power generation and new energy storage,investment determination is no longer guided by industry cost quotas,but by the market.To fully leverage the leading role of the cost system in the new energy industry,it is necessary to improve its flexibility and efficiency in updating cost quotas,quickly respond to market demand,and efficiently and accurately calculate project construction investment.Therefore,establishing a fast updating and supplementing mechanism for the quota system of the new energy engineering cost industry,accelerating the digitization and transformation and upgrading of the new energy cost business,is an important trend in the development of the industry.This article analyzes the current situation of the cost system of new energy projects and explores the digital transformation path of the cost system of new energy projects under the market economy system.
