摘　　要：为了提升高速公路工程质量和效率,需对监理精细化管理。本文结合具体工程实例,首先阐述了监理精细化管理的原则,然后从现场管理、材料、工程质量、进度、成本等方面分析了监理管理的要点,最后,采用层次分析法,对项目监理管理进行评价,评价结果表明:精细化管理对高速公路监理产生了积极影响,为高速公路工程精细化管理提供了参考和借鉴。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of highway engineering,it is necessary to carry out fine management of supervision.Based on specific engineering examples,this paper first expounds the principles of fine management of supervision,and then analyzes the main points of supervision management from the aspects of site management,materials,engineering quality,progress and cost.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the project supervision management.The evaluation results show that the fine management has a positive impact on the expressway supervision,which provides reference for the fine management of expressway engineering.
