摘  要:为解决地质结构稳定性差的地基施工问题,发明了预应力混凝土管桩矩阵施工法。首先,通过地质勘探,获得施工区地表下的深度地质信息,并计算出所需预应力混凝土管桩送达的深度、密度及数量,并利用起重机吊起并固定在设计好的位置并用重力锤反复捶打。为满足设计要求,一个桩孔需数根预应力混凝土桩首尾相连被重锤击打到足够的深度。为保证桩孔内清洁及施工现场的井然有序,本文分析了导致桩孔易于被泥土等杂质污染堵塞的施工原因,并提供了高效低成本的解决方案。In order to solve the problem of poor geological structure stability in foundation construction,the prestressed concrete pipe pile matrix construction method was invented.Firstly,through geological exploration,the depth geological information below the surface of the construction area is obtained,and the required depth,density,and quantity of prestressed concrete pipe piles are calculated.They are then lifted and fixed in the designed position using a crane and repeatedly hammered with a gravity hammer.To meet the design requirements,several pre-stressed concrete piles need to be connected at the head and tail of a pile hole and struck to a sufficient depth by a heavy hammer.To solve the problem of cleaning inside the pile hole and maintaining an orderly construction site,this article analyzes the construction reasons that lead to the pile hole being easily polluted and blocked by impurities such as soil,and provides an efficient and low-cost solution.
