摘 要:随着我国经济的发展,人们生活水平大幅改善,从之前单纯对居住量上的追求到量质均有要求。城市化水平的不断提高,导致人居密度增加,更加突现了对良好隔声性能的需求。本文从一年多来的检测实例中选择了6个有代表性的楼板数据进行分析研究。从数据分析我们可以得出,弹性体包裹刚性体的构造对降低撞击声有益;接收室容积的大小,会明显影响测试的结果;增加各构造层厚度,对降低撞击声有帮助;要达到《绿色建筑评价标准》得分的要求,必须采取一定的隔声措施,不能只增加材料的厚度。With the development of China′s economy,people′s living standards have been greatly improved,and their requirements for living conditions have increased from mere quantity to both quantity and quality.However,the continuous improvement of urbanization level leads to the increase of human settlement density,and therefore the demand for good sound insulation is more prominent.In this research,we selected six representative floor data from the inspection examples over the past year for analysis.We got four key findings.First,the structure of the elastomer wrapped around the rigid body is beneficial to decrease the impact sound.Second,the size of the receiving chamber volume will significantly affect the results of the test.Third,increasing the thickness of each structural layer can reduce the impact sound.Fourth,it is necessary to apply sound insulation measures instead of only increase the thickness of the material to reach the requirement score of the"Green Building Evaluation Standard".
