摘  要:抽油机平衡度精准测量对于保障油田平稳高效运行具有重要意义,目前几种油田常规平衡度测量方法存在操作复杂、误差较大、设备不便携带等缺点。为此,论文研制了一种便携式平衡度测试仪,系统体积小、接线简单、方便携带,系统分为主机和从机两个模块,主机模块采用高性能微处理器作控制核心,使用单相电能计量策略实现抽油机三相驱动电机上下冲程消耗功率计量,从机模块通过加速度传感器检测抽油机光杆上下止点位置,主机与从机之间通过无线模块进行信号传输,避免有线传输影响油田生产运行安全,从而实现抽油机平衡度精准便捷测量。Accurate measurement of pumping unit balance is of great significance for ensuring stable and efficient operation of oil fields.Currently,several conventional balance measurement methods in oil fields have disadvantages such as complex operation,large errors,and inconvenient equipment to carry.For this purpose,the paper developed a portable balance tester,which has a small volume,simple wiring,and is convenient to carry.The system is divided into two modules:the main module and the slave module.The main module uses a high-performance microprocessor as the control core,and uses a single-phase electric energy metering strategy to measure the power consumption of the three-phase drive motor on the up and down strokes of the pumping unit.The slave module detects the upper and lower dead center positions of the pumping unit's rod through an acceleration sensor.The signal transmission between the host and the slave is carried out through wireless modules to avoid wired transmission affecting the safety of oilfield production and operation,thus achieving accurate and convenient measurement of the balance degree of the pumping unit.
