摘  要:以医用材料泊洛沙姆127(Poloxamer F127)为原料,近红外染料IR 780为功能分子,用N,N’-羰基二咪唑分子活化泊洛沙姆分子的端羟基,在氮气保护的温和环境下,乙二胺与活化泊洛沙姆发生氨基化反应,最后在40℃下,以三乙胺为催化剂,氨基泊洛沙姆与IR 780(摩尔比为1∶3)反应36h,制备得到收率为76%的水溶性近红外新材料,通过红外光谱、氢谱对其结构进行了表征。性能测试发现,该结构物质水溶液的紫外吸收最大波长蓝移了110nm,佐证了泊洛沙姆-IR780的分子结构。Applied medical material Poloxamer 127(Poloxamer F127)as a raw material,the near-infrared dye IR780 as a functional molecule,N,N'-carbonyldiimidazole molecule was used to activate the terminal hydroxyl group of the poloxamer molecule in a mild environment protected by nitrogen.The amination reaction of ethylenediamine with activated poloxamer was carried out.The water-soluble near-infrared new material was prepared by the substitution reaction of active chlorine and aminohydrogen in IR780 structure,and its structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen spectroscopy.The performance test found that the maximum absorption wavelength of the aqueous solution of the structural substance was 624 nm,and the blue shifted 110nm compared with IR780,also confirmed the molecular structure of the poloxamer-IR780.
