摘 要:叶轮是高速泵的关键部件,其结构设计直接影响泵的流量、扬程、效率、抗汽蚀性能等。本文针对叶轮叶片力学强度不足导致叶片断裂的故障进行原因分析,针对叶轮转速、叶轮入口宽度、叶轮叶片厚度的分析结果,进行正交试验研究,探究叶轮转速、叶轮入口宽度、叶轮叶片厚度等因素对叶轮力学强度的影响情况。研究发现,影响叶轮力学强度的最主要因素是叶轮转速,其次是叶轮入口宽度,影响最小的是叶片厚度。随着叶轮转速和叶轮叶片的厚度增大,叶轮等效应力逐渐增大;随着叶轮入口宽度的增大,叶轮等效应力逐渐减小。The impeller was the core part of a high-speed pump,the flow rate,head,efficiency,and anti cavitation performance of the high-speed pump were all closely related to the structural design of the impeller.The Influence factors of blade fracture caused by insufficient mechanical strength of impeller blades were analyzed in this study.Orthogonal experiments were carried out according to experiment statistic data of rotating speed,inlet width and blade thickness.Effect law and trends of rotating speed,inlet width and blade thickness on mechanical strength of impeller were illustrated.Study results indicated that rotating speed was the most important factor affecting the mechanical strength,and followed by the inlet width,influence of blade thickness was the least.The study results also indicated that impeller equivalent stress increased with the increases of rotating speed and blade thickness,and decreased with the increases of inlet width.
