摘 要:针对船舶有限元建模过程中存在的缺乏统一标准,导致模型创建、管理和合并,以及数据交换不便的问题,结合行业规范和实践经验,提出一套完整的船舶有限元模型标准,规范模型表达的方法,特别是对材料和属性的标准定义进行详细阐述,基于FEMAP软件开发标准化工具,用于快速创建和处理标准有限元模型,并对多个常用软件的数据接口做定制化开发,实船应用结果表明,该标准科学合理,具有较强的实用性,相应的工具有助于提高建模效率。In view of the lack of uniform standards during the FE modeling,leading to inconvenience of generating,management,merging and data exchange with FEM,a complete set of standards of ship hull FEM was proposed,based on the industry rules and practical experience.The method of model expression was specified,and the standard definitions of material and property were introduced in detail especially.In order to generate and manage the standard FE model quickly,a standardization tool was developed based on FEMAP.The customized data interface was developed for several common software.The practical application results showed that the standard is scientific and reasonable,and it has good practicability.Related tools would be a great help to modeling efficiency.
