摘 要:针对垂荡运动性能不佳,限制圆筒形FPSO在海上油气开发大范围应用的技术瓶颈,在平台底部增加延伸筒体与阻尼结构,提升圆筒型FPSO水动力性能,降低其垂荡幅值以满足干式采油装备的要求,基于三维势流理论,建立带有运动抑制装置的圆筒形FPSO水动力分析模型,分析运动抑制系统的不同高度、宽度、截面形状和通海情况对圆筒形FPSO的水动力性能影响,对比采用不同运动抑制装置的圆筒型运动幅值响应传递函数发现,增加阻尼孔使运动抑制装置内部与外界海水相联通,可以改善圆筒型FPSO的水动力性能,适当增加阻尼结构的高度、宽度有利于增大FPSO的垂荡运动固有周期,可避开南海海域百年一遇海况的波浪周期范围,起到抑制圆筒型FPSO运动的效果。Poor heave performance is the bottleneck that restricts the wide application of cylindrical FPSO in offshore oil and gas development.The extended cylinder and damping structure were added at the bottom of the platform to improve the hydrodynamic performance of the cylindrical FPSO,so as to reduce its heave amplitude to meet the requirements of dry production equipment.Based on the 3D potential flow theory,the hydrodynamic analysis model of cylindrical FPSO with motion suppression device was established to analyze the influence of different heights,widths,cross-sectional shapes and sea valve of the motion suppression system on the hydrodynamic performance.Comparing the response transfer functions of motion amplitude with different motion suppression equipment,it was found that the hydrodynamic performance of the cylindrical FPSO can be improved by opening damping holes to connect the water inside the motion suppression device to the sea;properly increasing the height and width of the damping structure is conducive to increasing the natural period of heave motion,so as to avoid the wave period of 100-yr scenario in the South China sea,which will contribute to reducing the motion of cylindrical FPSO.
