摘　　要：针对传统纤维不透气、易皱等问题,以佳人化学法循环再生涤纶全消光切片作为原料,通过对结晶干燥、螺杆熔融挤出、纺丝冷却成型、拉伸卷绕等各个纺丝环节温度、速度等工艺条件进行探究,结合实际生产情况和检测数据,调试出最合适的参数区间,最终生产出符合要求的超细旦15D/12f FDY再生全消光涤纶丝。Aiming at the problems of airtightness and easy wrinkling of traditional fibers,Jiaren recycled full-dull slices are used as raw material to explore the temperature and speed of each spinning process,such as crystallization drying,screw melting extrusion,spinning cooling forming,stretching winding,etc.,and then debug the most appropriate parameter range by combining with the actual production situation and test data to finally produce ultrafine denier 15D/12f FDY regenerative full-dull polyester yarn in line with the requirements.
