基于fs/QCA的旅游发展水平影响因素及提升路径研究——以长三角区域为例

摘　　要：为深入探讨旅游发展水平与各影响因素之间复杂的集合关系,利用长三角41个城市2011—2020年相关数据,分别测度了“十二五”及“十三五”时期各城市的经济环境质量、生态环境质量、旅游资源质量、基础设施保障、创新能力保障、产业支撑保障以及旅游发展水平,并使用fs/QCA对各城市实现旅游高水平发展的路径进行解释。结果发现:(1)长三角各城市旅游发展水平整体呈现出以杭州为中心向外逐步递减的特征;(2)旅游发展水平与相关要素存在复杂的集合关系,多种条件组态均能实现旅游高水平发展;(3)“十二五”到“十三五”期间,实现旅游高水平发展的条件逐渐严格,而造成非旅游高水平发展的原因日益多元;(4)旅游发展水平的提升日益依赖于旅游业内部相关要素水平的提高。To further explore various influencing factors exerting impacts on tourism development,we analyzed data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta spanning from 2011 to 2020.For each city during the Twelfth and Thirteenth Five-Year Plan,we assessed factors such as qualities of economic environment,ecological environment and tourism resource and support by infrastructure,innovation capability and industry and levels of tourism development.Subsequently,we applied fs/QCA to decipher the pathways through which cities attained high-level tourism development.The findings are as follows.Firstly,cities in the Yangtze River Delta exhibited a progressive decline in tourism development levels away from Hangzhou which served as the hub.Secondly,there exists an intricate interplay of factors associated with tourism development levels and multiple configurations of conditions might lead to high-level tourism development.Thirdly,during the transition from the“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”to the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,conditions for achieving high-level tourism development became more stringent and a wider range of reasons might hinder high-level tourism development.Fourthly,the augmentation of tourism development levels is increasingly contingent on the enhancement of internal factors within the tourism industry.
