摘  要:以棉纱/相变调温粘胶为原料,设计开发了不同比例、不同组织结构、不同密度的棉纱/相变调温粘胶交织针织物,研究了相变纱线含量、组织结构与密度对织物调温性能的影响。结果显示:随着外界环境温度的升高或下降,在相同时间变化范围内棉纱/相变调温纱交织针织物的温度变化速率小于纯棉针织物,并且相变纱添加的比例越大,变化值越小,这说明棉纱/相变调温粘胶针织物具有调温功能;升降温正交试验结果显示添加75%的相变纱,采用添纱组织,织机密度为2+时,织物的调温效果最好。Using cotton yarn/phase change temperature regulating viscose as raw material,the cotton yarn/phase change temperature regulating viscose interwoven knitted fabric with different proportions,structure and density was designed and developed.The effects of the content,structure and density of phase change yarn on the temperature regulating property of the fabric were studied.The results show that,with the increase or decrease of ambient temperature,the temperature change rate of cotton/phase-change thermoregulation yarn interwoven fabric is less than that of pure cotton knitted fabric in the same time range,and the larger the proportion of phase-change yarn added,the smaller the change value,which indicates that cotton yarn/phase-change thermoregulation viscose knitted fabric has the function of temperature regulation.The results of the rise and drop orthogonal test show that the temperature adjustment effect of the fabric is the best when 75%phase change yarn is added and the loom density is 2+.
