摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的加快,传统的国际分工体系分化重组,中国纺织业在全球价值链中面临“脱钩”的风险;中国经济发展进入新常态,以创新驱动的高质量发展成为新的经济目标,经济的总体增速放缓,为国内纺织产业带来了巨大的机遇与挑战。纺织业的健康发展需要持续推进产业结构优化,围绕产业链和创新链搭建产业一体化的发展路径,通过产业链和创新链的良性互动和有机衔接,来实现中国纺织业的创新发展。With the acceleration of economic globalization and the differentiation and reorganization of the traditional international division of labor system,China’s textile industry is facing the risk of"detaching"in the global value chain.China’s economic development has entered a new normal,and the high-quality development driven by innovation has become a new economic goal.The overall economic growth has slowed down,which has brought great opportunities and challenges to the domestic textile industry.The healthy development of the textile industry needs to continuously promote the optimization of industrial structure,to build the development path of industrial integration around the industrial chain and innovation chain,and to realize the innovative development of China’s textile industry through the benign interaction and organic connection between the industrial chain and innovation chain.
