Taking the development of tea e-commerce in Anxi County,Fujian Province as a case study, this paper discusses a series of skill reorganizations and their industrial impact after digital technology is sunk into the countryside and applied to agricultural industries.Under the traditional offline business model, tea production and marketing in Anxi presents a pattern of agricultural and commercial integration and family business integration, and relies extensively on kinship and township networks to maintain production and trading order. In the e-commerce model, the tea industry has undergone a series of industrial transformations based on skill reorganization, such as the separation of farmers and merchants, intergenerational differentiation, and the separation of people and goods. The skill reorganization facilitated by e-commerce is an important intermediary mechanism for the transfer of technological dividends from small farmers to large households and enterprises and from the older generation to the younger generation. In the process of promoting digitalization inthe countryside and developing e-commerce,more attention needs to be paid to the interaction between digital technology and established skill structures and their social foundations in order to promote the development of rural industries in a more orderly and benign direction.
