摘  要:针对目前国内外海水可调压载装置控制阀集成度低、管路复杂、体积重量大等现状,提出了一种集成一体化的技术方案,分析了全海深集成阀组功能原理、结构及关键技术和解决措施。海水可调压载装置是深海潜水器进行浮力调节的关键功能系统,由海水泵和控制阀组构成,其中控制阀组包括截止阀、平衡阀、安全阀等。基于接近甚至超过11000 m海深的工作环境,开展了超高压密封圈摩擦力的精确测量、超高介质流速条件下阀口的寿命评估、超高压差硬质阀口的密封性能研究,研制出工作压力达到118 MPa的集成一体化可调压载集成控制阀组,成功应用于“奋斗者”号载人潜水器,并推广应用于一批深海重大装备。In response to the current situation of low integration,complex pipelines,and large volume and weight of regulating valves for seawater adjustable ballast devices both at home and abroad,an integrated technical solution was proposed.The functional principle,structure,key technologies,and solutions of the entire sea deep integrated valve group are analyzed.The seawater adjustable ballast device is a key functional system for regulating the buoyancy of deep-sea submersibles,consisting of a seawater pump and a regulating valve group,which includes stop valves,balance valves,safety valves,etc.Based on a working environment close to or even exceeding 11000 meters deep,precise measurement of frictional force of ultra-high pressure sealing rings,life assessment of valve ports under ultra-high medium flow rate conditions,and sealing performance research of ultra-high pressure differential hard valve ports were carried out.An integrated regulating valve group with adjustable ballast with a working pressure of 118 MPa was developed,which has been successfully applied to the“Struggler”manned submersible and promoted for use in a batch of deep-sea major equipment.
