摘  要:针对液化天然气用轴流式止回阀使用过程中可能发生的水锤问题,利用FLUENT动网格方法对两种不同型号(优化前、后)的阀门内部动态流场及阀瓣运动状态进行研究,分析优化前、后的阀门在相同工况下的动态特性。结果表明:止回阀关闭瞬间,优化后阀瓣受力相比优化前降低了70 N,优化后阀瓣运动速度相比优化前减小了0.674 m/s,这样阀瓣对阀座的冲击力相对更小,有利于保证阀座的使用寿命,同时有利于减小碰撞过程对管路系统的影响;FLUENT动网格方法能够预测止回阀关闭过程中“快关缓闭”的阀瓣运动特征,同时模拟得到的阀瓣运动状态以及止回阀内部动态流场特征,对轴流式止回阀的设计及选型具有重要的参考价值。For the water hammer problem that may occur during the use of axial flow check valves for liquefied natural gas,the Fluent dynamic mesh method was used to study the internal dynamic flow field and valve disc motion state of two different types of valves(before and after optimization),and the dynamic characteristics of the valves before and after optimization under the same working conditions were analyzed.Results show that at the moment when the check valve is closed,the force of the valve disc after optimization is reduced by 70 N compared with the force before optimization,and the movement speed of the valve disc after optimization is reduced by 0.674 m/s compared with that before optimization,so the impact of the valve disc on the valve seat is relatively small,which is conducive to ensuring the service life of the valve seat and reducing the impact in the collision process on the pipeline system.The Fluent dynamic mesh method can predict the valve disc motion characteristics of“fast closing and slow closing”during the closing process of the check valve,meanwhile the obtained valve disc motion state and the internal dynamic flow field characteristics of the check valve have important reference value for the design and type selection of axial flow check valve.
