摘 要:为了提高凸轮泵转子的设计效率和精度,对凸轮泵转子的型线参数进行了理论分析,建立了各参数之间的参数化方程,在此基础上,基于SolidWorks平台,采用C#编程语言,在Visual Studio 2017环境下开发了凸轮泵转子型线参数化设计软件。该软件主界面集输入、计算、输出按钮于一体,输入具体工况参数即可进行转子参数计算和设计,软件还提供多叶、直叶、螺旋等转子类型的选择,缩短了计算周期,提高了设计效率。通过数值模拟计算和试验验证,对比了不同压差及不同转速下的流量曲线,软件的设计结果与数值计算和试验结果误差分别在5%和3.0%以内,验证了该软件的设计结果精确度。该研究实现了凸轮泵的快速设计,对同类产品的二次开发具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the design of lobe pump rotor,theoretical analysis of the profile parameters of lobe pump rotor was carried out,and the parametric equations among the parameters were established.On this basis,the authors developed the parametric design software of lobe pump rotor profile based on SolidWorks platform and C#programming language in Visual Studio 2017 environment.The main interface of the software integrates input,calculation and output buttons,and the rotor parameters can be calculated and designed by entering specific working parameters.The software also provides the selection of rotor types such as multi-lobe,straight lobe and spiral,which shortens the calculation cycle and improves the design efficiency.Through numerical simulation and experimental verification,the flow curves at different differential pressures and different speeds were compared,and the design results of the software were within 5%and 3.0%of the numerical and experimental results,respectively.The research realizes the rapid design of lobe pump,which has certain significance for the secondary development of similar products.
