摘  要:为实现采油井筒井下等有限空间内开展油水高效分离处理,设计了一种新型轴流式两级一体化水力旋流器,对旋流器9种不同结构参数对分离性能的影响规律进行了系统研究,并对结果进行了试验验证。依据各结构参数对旋流器分离效率的影响,确定了最佳结构参数,获得最高分离效率为96.38%、溢流压降为89.42 kPa;重点对二级稳流锥角参数变化对质量效率影响并不稳定的原因进行探究,研究发现特定的二级稳流锥角为12°时,在二级稳流锥角外壁面处不产生循环流,且在总溢流口上方位置会产生回流现象,从而可最大程度提高分离效率;旋流器内的循环流和回流也会影响压降的变化,增大溢流压降更有利于油相分离。本文研究可为轴流式水力旋流器的结构设计及实际应用提供参考。In order to realize the efficient separation of oil and water in the limited space such as the downhole of the oil production wellbore,a new axial-flow two-stage integrated hydrocyclone was designed,the influence of nine different structural parameters of hydrocyclone on the separation performance was systematically studied by numerical simulation.The results were tested and verified.According to the influence of various structural parameters on the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone,the optimal structural parameters were determined,under this parameter,the highest separation efficiency is 96.38%,and the overflow pressure drop is 89.42 kPa.This study focuses on the reasons why the effect of the change of the secondary steady flow cone angle parameters on the quality efficiency is not stable.It is found that when the specific secondary steady flow cone angle is 12°,there is no circulating flow at the outer wall of the secondary steady flow cone angle,and there is a backflow phenomenon above the total overflow port,which can maximize the separation efficiency.The circulating flow and reflux in the hydrocyclone also affect the change of pressure drop,and increasing the overflow pressure drop is more conducive to oil phase separation.The research can provide reference for the structural design and practical application of hydrocyclone.
