摘  要:采用晶种诱导合成的Na/K-FER分子筛与NH4Cl溶液通过微波辅助离子交换法,制得戊烯异构化分子筛催化剂,并与传统水热交换方法相比较,考察了离子交换条件对分子筛性能的影响,评价了催化剂对醚后碳五原料的戊烯异构化催化性能。结果表明:Na/K-FER分子筛晶面生长完整,结晶度良好;与水热离子交换法相比,微波辅助法可以提高分子筛中Na+和K+的交换效率;制备的戊烯异构化催化剂在反应温度为300℃,反应压力为0.3 MPa,质量空速为3.0 h^(-1)的条件下,可稳定运行720 h,正戊烯转化率大于50%,异戊烯选择性大于95%。The Na/K-FER molecular sieve synthesized by crystal seed induction and NH4Cl solution were used to prepare the pentene isomerization molecular sieve catalysts by the microwave-assisted ion exchange method.Compared with the traditional hydrothermal exchange method,the effect of ion exchange conditions on the performance of the molecular sieve was investigated,and its catalytic performance for pentene isomerization of post-ether C5 raw material was evaluated.The results showed that the crystal surface of Na/K-FER molecular sieve growed intact and had good crystallinity.Compared with the hydrothermal ion exchange method,the microwave-assisted method could improve the exchange efficiency of Na+and K+in molecular sieves.Under the conditions of the reaction temperature at 300℃,the reaction pressure at 0.3 MPa and the mass space velocity at 3.0 h^(-1),the prepared pentene isomerization catalyst could operate stably for 720 h,the conversion rate of n-pentene and the selectivity of isopentene was greater than 50%,95%,respectively.
