摘  要:使用Spyro软件对某公司100万t/a乙烯装置石脑油裂解炉的运行进行了建模,并应用历史生产数据对裂解炉出口温度(COT)及结焦速率偏差进行校正,经验证模拟结果可靠;然后模拟分析了操作条件对石脑油裂解炉产物收率、结焦厚度及运行周期的影响。结果表明:相较于稀释比和进料量,COT对石脑油裂解炉运行周期及产物收率的影响较为显著;当2#石脑油裂解炉COT从838.3℃升高至841.6℃时,乙烯收率提高了0.16个百分点,而且结焦、炉管表面温度(TMT)等影响运行周期的因素变化在可控范围内;优化后的运行模型可用于石脑油裂解炉的运行周期预测和相关操作优化的模拟分析指导。Firstly,Spyro software was used to model the operation of naphtha cracking furnace in the 1 Mt/a ethylene plant of a company,and the historical production data was applied to correct the deviation of cracking furnace outlet temperature(COT)and coking rate,and the simulation results were verified to be reliable.Then the effects of operating conditions on the product yield,coking thickness,and operating period of the naphtha cracking furnace were simulated and analyzed.The results showed that COT had the significant impact on the operating period and product yield of naphtha cracking furnace in comparison to the dilution ratio and feedstock flow.When the current COT of the 2#naphtha cracking furnace appropriately increased from 838.3℃to 841.6℃,the ethylene yield increased by 0.16 percentage points,meanwhile the changes of coking,TMT(surface temperature of cracking furnace tube)and other factors affecting the operating period of the cracking furnace were under control.The optimized operating model could be used to predict the operating period of the naphtha cracking furnace and provide the simulation analysis guidance for relevant operation optimization.
