摘  要:为满足新能源汽车电池测试需求,采用多模块并联的方法设计了高电压直流电子负载功率控制电路,主要包括恒压控制、恒流控制、恒阻控制、电压采集、电流采集、过压欠压保护、按键显示等电路。利用Multisim软件仿真确定电路参数并生成PCB板,对设计的控制电路进行测试。测试结果表明:直流电子负载控制电路实现了电压3~600 V可调、相对误差为0.23%,电流0~50 A可调、相对误差为0.28%。系统整体散热良好,可稳定运行。To meet the test requirements of new energy vehicle batteries,the multi-module parallel method was used to design a high-voltage direct current(DC)electronic load power control circuit.The circuits with constant voltage control,constant current control,constant resistance control,voltage ac⁃quisition,current acquisition,overvoltage and undervoltage protection,and button displays were de⁃signed.The circuit parameters were determined through Multisim software simulation,and a printed cir⁃cuit board was generated.The designed control circuit was tested,and the experimental results show that the voltage of the DC electronic load control circuit is adjustable in the range of 3-600 V,and the relative error is 0.23%.The current is adjustable in the range of 0-50 A,and the relative error is 0.28%.The whole system has good heat dissipation conditions and can stably operate.
