摘　　要：阅读是教师专业成长的必由之路。教师选择适合自己专业快速成长的教育著作来读,能够吸收到更多的间接经验,丰富专业知识,增进教育智慧,以较少的时间和体力支出取得最优的教育效果。虽然不同教育层次的教师读书的内容不同,但所读著作的类别还是相似的。一般来说,与教学息息相关的教材教参、学习指导书是教师的必读书目;阅读学科教学理论著作能丰富教师的教育理论素养,从教育哲学的高度来看待各种教育现象;教学艺术类和学科智趣类书籍有助于教师把课上得生动活泼;增进教育智慧类的图书能帮助教师有效地解决教育教学中遇到的实际问题;指导教育科研方面的著作有助于教师掌握教育教学研究的基本方法,提高自身的研究能力。Reading is a necessary way for teachers to grow up professionally.Teachers choose educational works which are suitable for their rapid growth of profession to read,which can help them absorb more indirect experience,enrich their professional knowledge,enhance educational wisdom,and achieve the best educational effect with less time,physical and intellectual expenditures.Although teachers at different educational levels read different books,the categories of works are similar.Generally speaking,the teaching materials,teacher’s books and learning reference are a must to read.Reading the teaching theoretical works can enrich their educational theory professionalism,and look upon diverse educational phenomena from the perspective of educational philosophy.Books about teaching art,subject interest contribute to making the class lively.Books of enhancing educational wisdom can help teachers effectively solve the practical problems encountered in teaching.Works on educational research can help teachers master the basic methods of teaching research,improve their research ability.
