摘 要:课后服务是“双减”政策实施的重要举措之一,对中小学生综合素质培养具有提升作用。以地方中小学为对象,探讨在国家政策、政府支持、学校管理、教师师资、升学导向及学生个性化培养等方面存在的课后服务问题。在课后服务内涵以及协同育人理念指导下,分析了地方高校对课后服务在师资供给方面的可行性以及保障条件,同时提出应充分利用协同育人发展平台、精准调研供给服务、发挥地方高校优势、实现师资多元互补交流及优化服务等几点建议性策略。After-school service is one of the important measures to implement the“double reduction”policy,and it also plays a role in improving the comprehensive quality training of primary and secondary school students.Taking local primary and secondary schools as the object,this paper discusses the existing after-school service problems in the aspects of national policy,government support,school management,teachers,college orientation and personalized training of students.Under the guidance of the connotation of after-school service and the concept of collaborative education,this paper analyzes the feasibility and guarantee conditions of local colleges and universities’after-school service in the supply of teachers,and proposes several suggested strategies such as making full use of the development platform of collaborative education,accurately investigating supply services,giving full play to the advantages of local colleges and universities,realizing diversified and complementary exchanges of teachers and optimizing services.
