摘　　要：甲状腺癌是头颈部肿瘤中最常见的恶性肿瘤。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(Tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)是肿瘤微环境中最重要的组成部分,具有高度可塑性,在微环境发生改变时,可极化为经典激活的巨噬细胞(M1)和旁路激活的巨噬细胞(M2),M2/M1与甲状腺癌的不良预后有极大的相关性。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在甲状腺癌的发生发展、侵袭转移中发挥重要作用。本文从肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的起源和可塑性、甲状腺癌的作用机制及甲状腺癌的调控通路等方面进行综述,旨在为甲状腺癌的治疗提供新思路。Thyroid cancer is the most common malignancy among head and neck cancers.Tumor associated macrophages are the most important component of the tumor microenvironment with high plasticity.When the microenvironment changes,they can be polarized into lassic activated macrophages(M1)and bypass activated macrophages(M2).M2/M1 has a great correlation with the poor prognosis of thyroid cancer.Tumor associated macrophages play an important role in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of thyroid cancer.This article reviews the origin and plasticity of tumor associated macrophages,the mechanism of action in thyroid cancer and the regulatory pathways in thyroid cancer,intending to provide new ideas for the treatment.
