摘 要:胆道闭锁(Biliary atresia,BA)是小儿疾病中引起新生儿梗阻性黄疸的常见原因,其主要病理学特征为肝内外胆管的炎性病变与肝硬化,若未得到及时治疗,患儿可因肝衰竭而死亡,早期诊断对其预后至关重要。超声因其独特优势,被广泛应用于胆道疾病的检测。本文对近年来胆道闭锁病变超声检测方法及研究进展进行综述,为提高胆道闭锁早期诊断的敏感性、特异性提供参考。Biliary atresia(BA)is a common cause of neonatal obstructive jaundice in pediatric diseases.The main pathological features of BA are inflammatory lesions of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts and progressive cirrhosis.The child may die of liver failure if not treated in time.Ultrasound is widely used in the detection of biliary tract diseases because its unique advantages.This review summarizes the ultrasound detection methods and research progress of BA lesions at home and abroad in recent years,so as to provide reference for improving the sensitivity and specificity of early diagnosis of BA.
