摘　　要：肛周湿疹是肛肠科疾病的常见病之一,是肛周皮肤受多种因素引起的变态性、过敏性反应的疾病。目前西医上病因病机尚不明确,未能有效根除疾病,治疗棘手。杨巍教授凭借多年的临床经验,以“湿毒”“热毒”为外因,五藏失调为内因,提出祛邪调脏法,即以清热燥湿、凉血解毒祛除外邪,内调五藏为治疗原则,来协定肛周湿疹方,同时联合肤痔清软膏外涂,配合预防调护宣教,以充分发挥中医内外兼治、未病先防的特色。临床获得显著疗效,并附典型医案,具体阐述其诊治经验。Perianal eczema is one of the common diseases of anorectal diseases.It is a disease of allergic and anaphylactic reactions caused by a variety of factors in perianal skin.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of western medicine are not clear,and the disease cannot be effectively eradicated and the treatment is difficult.With many years of clinical experience,Professor Yang Wei put forward the method of dispelling evil and regulating viscera method with“dampness toxicity”and“heat toxicity”as external causes and five viscera disorders as internal causes.That is,to clear heat and dry dampness,cool blood detoxicating and removing external evil,internal regulation of the five viscera as the treatment principle,to agreement Perirectal Eczema Prescription,combined with Fuzhiqing Ointment external application,with prevention and nursing education,in order to give full play to the internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,prevention before disease onset characteristics.Remarkable clinical effect is obtained,and typical medical records are attached to elaborate the experience of diagnosis and treatment.
