总体国家安全观视阈下基层民运会发展路径研究

摘　　要：课题组在查阅相关文献的基础上,实地调查了新疆博尔塔拉蒙古自治州(以下简称博州)民动会的开展现状,并对基层干部和传承人进行访谈,通过研究博州民动会在促进当地传统体育项目发展方面产生的影响,发现基层民运会理论研究相对缺乏,实践操作未能系统化、可持续化;少数民族传统体育项目后备人才缺少梯队培养;传播手段传统单一。构建基层民运会的良好发展路径需要不断强化制度保障、完善人才梯队建设、拓宽传播渠道,通过这些方法可有效促进民动会的发展。Based on reviewing relevant literature,the research team conducted an on-site investigation into the current situation of the ethnic minority traditional sports games in Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang(hereinafter referred to as"Bozhou"),and conducted interviews with grassroots cadres and inheritors.Through studying the impact of the Bozhou ethnic minority traditional sports games on promoting the development of local traditional sports projects,it was found that theoretical research on grassroots sports games is relatively lacking,The practical operation is not systematic and sustainable;There is a lack of hierarchical training for reserve talents in traditional ethnic minority sports projects;The traditional means of communication are single.The construction of a good development path for grassroots sports events requires continuous strengthening of institutional guarantees,improvement of talent pool construction,and expansion of communication channels,which can effectively promote the development of traditional ethnic minority sports events..
