摘  要:采动覆岩离层注浆充填技术对工作面隔离煤柱的尺寸有严格要求,已完成布置的工作面实施离层注浆时改变煤柱宽度较为困难,因此会对该技术的实施造成一定影响。基于此,对采动裂隙“O形圈”时空演化规律开展了理论分析和相似模拟研究,提出了采动裂隙“O形圈”注浆技术,并在夏店煤矿注浆工作面成功进行应用。注浆结束后的地表岩移成果表明,隔离煤岩柱整体支撑能力满足离层注浆承载要求,3119工作面注浆总量未发生异常,“O形圈”注浆对煤柱加固作用明显,3117面地表并未发生异常沉降。The technology of isolated grout injection into abscission layer in overlying disrupted strata by extraction has strict requirements for the size of the isolated coal pillar in the working face.It is difficult to change the width of the coal pillars when injecting grouts into abscission layer in the arranged working face,which will have a certain impact on the implementation of this technology.Based on this,theoretical analysis and similarity simulation research were conducted on the spatio-temporal evolution law of the mining fissure“O type ring”.The technology of mining fissure“O type ring”grouting was proposed and successfully applied in the grouting working face of Xiadian coal mine.The results of surface rock displacement after grouting indicate that the overall support capacity of the isolated coal pillar meets the bearing requirements of the grout injection into abscission layer.The total amount of grouting in the 3119 working face did not show any abnormalities,and the“O type ring”grouting has a significant reinforcement effect on the coal pillar.There was no abnormal subsidence on the surface of the 3117 working face.
