芩连止泻汤加减联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿慢性腹泻的效果及对胃肠道屏障功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究芩连止泻汤加减联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿慢性腹泻的效果及对胃肠屏障功能的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2022年2月收治的100例小儿慢性腹泻患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片,观察组在对照组基础上给予芩连止泻汤加减。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的二胺氧化酶(DAO)、内毒素(ET)水平低于对照组,闭锁小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)、紧密连接蛋白(OCLN)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的拟杆菌、肠杆菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芩连止泻汤加减联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿慢性腹泻效果理想,可改善肠道微生态,提高免疫功能,促进胃肠道屏障功能恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Qinlian Zhixie decoction combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children and its influence on gastrointestinal barrier function Methods A total of 100 children with chronic diarrhea in children admitted from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet,and the observation group was given modified Qinlian Zhixie decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diamine oxidase(DAO)and endotoxin(ET)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the zonula occluden-1(ZO-1)and Occludin(OCLN)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significont(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bacteroides,Enterobacter,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significont(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),immunoglubin G(IgG)and immunoglubin M(IgM)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significont(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Qinlian Zhixie decoction combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablet is effective in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children,it can improve intestinal microecology,improve immune function,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal barrier function,which is worthy of promotion.
