摘 要:目的探讨护理流程管理干预在支气管镜检查患儿健康教育中的应用效果及对应激反应、不良反应的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月于本院接受支气管镜检查的90例患儿为研究对象,按电脑数字表法将其分为对照组(45例,常规健康教育)和观察组(45例,在健康教育中实施护理流程管理干预)。比较两组的应用效果。结果干预后,观察组的支气管镜检查各方面知识评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的检查总依从率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检查结束后10 min(T_(2)),观察组的舒张压、收缩压、心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理流程管理干预在支气管镜检查患儿健康教育中的应用效果理想,可有效提升家属支气管镜检查知识掌握程度,改善患儿检查依从性、应激反应指标,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing process management intervention in health education of children undergoing bronchoscopy and its influences on stress response and adverse reactions.Methods A total of 90 children who underwent bronchoscopy in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer digital table method,the children were divided into control group(45 cases,routine health education)and observation group(45 cases,nursing process management intervention in health education).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the knowledge scores of bronchoscopy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of examination in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 10 min after the end of the examination(T_(2)),the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 17.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing process management intervention in health education of children undergoing bronchoscopy has ideal application effect,which can effectively improve the mastery of bronchoscopy knowledge of family members,improve the compliance of children with bronchoscopy,stress response indicators,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
