中医延续护理对膜性肾病患者血浆白蛋白水平及水肿程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医延续护理在膜性肾病(MN)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月收治的78例MN患者作为研究对象,通过乱数表法将其分为观察组(n=39)和常规组(n=39)。观察组予以中医延续护理,常规组予以常规护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组的血浆白蛋白(ALB)水平高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的总体液量(TBW)、细胞外液(ECW)及细胞外液/细胞内液(ECW/ICW)低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的肾脏疾病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SF^(TM))各维度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论中医延续护理能提高MN患者的血浆ALB水平,缓解水肿症状,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with membranous nephropathy(MN).Methods A total of 78 patients with MN admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=39)and conventional group(n=39)by random number table method.The observation group was given continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,and the conventional group was given routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the level of plasma albumin(ALB)in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total body water(TBW),extracellular water(ECW)and extracellular water/intracellular water(ECW/ICW)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Kidney Disease Quality of Life Short Form(KDQOL-SF^(TM))in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the plasma ALB level of MN patients,relieve edema symptoms and improve quality of life.
