虎符铜砭刮痧护理技术结合理筋法穴位按摩对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨虎符铜砭刮痧护理技术结合理筋法穴位按摩对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年2月至8月我院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,常规护理)和观察组(40例,虎符铜砭刮痧护理技术结合理筋法穴位按摩)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于对照组,日本骨科协会(JOA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虎符铜砭刮痧护理技术结合理筋法穴位按摩可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎功能,提高生活质量,减轻疼痛、炎症反应,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of Hufu Tongbian scraping nursing technology combined with acupoint massage of tendon-regulating method on lumbar function and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from February to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases,Hufu Tongbian scraping nursing technology combined with acupoint massage of tendon-regulating method)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of substance P(SP),neuropeptide Y(NPY)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hufu Tongbian scraping nursing technology combined with acupoint massage of tendon-regulating method can improve the lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the quality of life,reduce pain and inflammatory reaction,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
