摘　　要：目的探讨Teach-back健康教育模式结合全程舒适护理对白内障手术患者疾病进展恐惧及视力相关生活质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月至4月收治的104例行白内障手术的患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为常规组(52例,常规护理)与试验组(52例,Teach-back健康教育模式结合全程舒适护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的白内障认知情况量表评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组的舒适度高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的社会家庭、生理健康评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的中文版低视力者生活质量量表(CLVQOL)各维度评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论Teach-back健康教育模式结合全程舒适护理可提高白内障手术患者的认知情况、舒适度及生活质量,减少并发症,减轻疾病进展恐惧,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of Teach-back health education model combined with whole-course comfort nursing on fear of disease progression and vision-related quality of life in patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods A total of 104 patients who underwent cataract surgery from January to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into routine group(52 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(52 cases,Teach-back health education model combined with whole-course comfort nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of cataract cognition scale in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The comfort degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the social family and physical health scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of the Chinese-version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire(CLVQOL)in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach-back health education model combined with whole-course comfort nursing can improve the cognition,comfort and quality of life of patients undergoing cataract surgery,reduce complications and reduce the fear of disease progression,which is worthy of popularization and application.
