摘 要:信息素养是利用大量的检索工具及主要信息源解答问题的一种技能,医学生的信息素养水平关系到国家医疗水平的发展及公众健康。嵌入式信息素养教育即嵌入式教学,是指将信息素养教育嵌入专业课教学中,在支持教学的同时达到提高医学生综合信息素质的目的。目前国内医学本科教学嵌入式信息素养教育的探索包括慕课、翻转课堂、基于问题学习法(PBL)教学等方式。医学本科教育不同阶段嵌入信息素养教育不仅可以提升信息素养能力,主动构建知识体系,养成善于发掘临床问题的循证思维,而且有利于提高职业认同感及职业忠诚度。Information literacy is a skill that uses a large number of search tools and main information sources to answer questions.The level of information literacy of medical students is related to the development of national medical level and public health.Embedded information literacy education is embedded teaching,which refers to embedding information literacy education into professional course teaching,and achieving the purpose of improving medical students'comprehensive information quality while supporting teaching.At present,the exploration of embedded information literacy education in domestic medical undergraduate teaching includes MOOC,flipped classroom,problem-based learning(PBL)teaching and so on.Embedding information literacy education in different stages of medical undergraduate education can not only improve information literacy ability,actively construct knowledge system,and develop evidence-based thinking that is good at exploring clinical problems,but also help to improve professional identity and professional loyalty.
