摘　　要：中国共产党的拥军优抚工作贯穿于中国人民解放军建军九十多年的历史进程中。全面抗战时期,为保障抗日兵源,争取战争胜利,晋绥边区政府将优抚工作作为一项重要的施政纲领,并在中国共产党的积极领导下,根据具体情况制定并实施了优待现役军人、安置退役军人、纪念烈士和抚恤遗属的相应政策及具体措施,推动了边区优抚工作的有效开展,激发出军民团结抗战的巨大热情,对边区抗战事业的发展起到重要的保障作用。The CPC′s work of supporting the army and giving preferential treatment to soldiers and their families runs through the 90-year history of the PLA.During the all-around war of resistance against Japan,in order to ensure the source of troops against Japan and win the war,the government of the Jin-Sui Border Region took the work of preferential treatment as an important policy program,and under the active leadership of the CPC,formulated and implemented corresponding policies and specific measures of giving preferential treatment to active servicemen,conducting placement of ex-servicemen,commemorating martyrs and giving pension to survivors,which promoted the effective development of the work of preferential treatment in the border region,and stimulated the great enthusiasm of military civilian unity in the war of resistance,all this playing an important role in ensuring the development of the cause of the war of resistance in the border region.
