摘 要:介绍了宽通道板式换热器和螺旋板式换热器的结构和特点,并对二者进行了比较。宽通道板式换热器适用于高流速和低黏度的液体介质,具有较低的压力降;螺旋板式换热器适用于高黏度介质和气体,具有更高的传热效率,但压力降也相对较高。在选择适合的换热器时,需考虑以下几点:介质的特性、流量、压力降限制以及所需的传热效率。简述了几种现有的换热器表面防腐处理技术及换热器的常规选材。为达到环保、低成本和高效防腐的目的,综合各技术的优点,扬长避短,同时使用多种防腐技术是首选方法。The structures and characteristics of wide channel plate heat exchanger and spiral plate heat exchanger were introduced and compared.Wide channel plate heat exchanger was suitable for high flow rate and low viscosity liquid medium,with low pressure drop.Spiral plate heat exchanger was suitable for high viscosity media and gases,with higher heat transfer efficiency but relatively high pressure drop.When selecting a suitable heat exchanger,it was necessary to consider the characteristics of the medium,flow rate,pressure drop limitations,and required heat transfer efficiency.Several existing surface anti-corrosion treatment technologies and the conventional materials selection of heat exchangers were introduced.To achieve the goals of environmental protection,low cost and high efficiency,the preferred method was to integrate the advantages of various technologies,develop strengths and avoid weaknesses,and use multiple anti-corrosion technologies at the same time.
