摘  要:为了明确煤气化变换单元粗合成气与变换气换热器管束腐蚀失效成因,采用多种检测方法对失效管束进行了分析。根据基础信息、腐蚀形貌、材质化学组成和管束垢样组成等分析结果可知,失效管束内壁发生了严重的腐蚀,失效机理以垢下腐蚀、NH 4Cl腐蚀和盐酸腐蚀为主;同时换热器管束进口处的蒸发浓缩过程和体系当中存在的CN-,对腐蚀失效的发生起到促进作用。基于腐蚀失效成因提出了有针对性的预防措施。In order to explore the corrosion causes of heat exchanger bundles for crude syngas and conversion gas in coal gasification conversion unit,various inspection methods were applied to study the failed tube bundles.Based on basic information,corrosion morphology,material chemical composition and scale sample composition of the failed tube bundle,it was concluded that serious corrosion occurred on the inner wall of tube bundle.The failure mechanisms were mainly corrosion under scale,NH 4Cl corrosion,and hydrochloric acid corrosion.At the same time,the presence of CN-at inlet of the tube bundle during evaporation and concentration process greatly aggravated corrosion,specific measures were proposed accordingly.
