摘  要:湘紫薯910是以黄皮花紫作母本,浙紫薯1号作父本定向杂交选育而成的食用型紫心甘薯新品种.该品种薯块呈长纺锤形,紫皮紫肉,结薯集中,单株结薯3~4个,鲜薯花青素质量分数为736.2 mg·kg^(-1),大中薯率高,熟食味好,抗根腐病,中抗蔓割病.鲜薯平均产量为1931.1~2339.1 kg/667 m^(2),薯干平均产量为627.0~761.4 kg/667 m^(2).适宜在长江流域薯区种植.Xiangzishu 910 is a new edible purple-fleshed sweetpotato variety developed by crossing Huangpihuazi as female parent and Zhezishu 1 as male parent.Its root is long and spindle shape,with purple skin and purple flesh.There are 3 to 4 roots of per plant with root concentration.The fresh anthocyanin content is 736.2 mg·kg^(-1).The rate of large and medium root is high.Delicious food tastes good.It is resistant to root rot and medium resistant to fusarium wilt.Its average yield of fresh root is from 1931.1 to 2339.1 kg/667 m^(2)and that of dried root is from 627.0 to 761.4 kg/667 m^(2).It is suitable to be cultivated in the Yangtze River Basin and surrounding areas.
