摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理在心律失常患者中的价值。方法该研究总共纳入200例实验对象,均是2022年1—12月到辽宁省金秋医院诊治的心律失常患者,使用随机数字表法进行分组,其中100例实施常规护理的患者纳入对照组,余下100例开展针对性护理的患者纳入试验组。对比两组的心理状态、心脏功能、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理干预后,在焦虑评分与抑郁评分方面,试验组均低于对照组(均P<0.05);在左室射血分数(LVEF)、6分钟步行距离(6MWT)及心输出量(CO)上,试验组均高于对照组(均P<0.05);在认知功能、社会功能、角色功能及躯体功能评分上,试验组均高于对照组(均P<0.05);在护理满意度上,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对心律失常患者实施针对性护理的干预效果良好,有利于改善心理状态及心脏功能,提升生活质量,促使患者对该次护理服务更加满意。Objective To analyze the value of targeted care in patients with cardiac arrhythmias.Methods A total of 200 experimental subjects were included in the study,all of whom were patients with cardiac arrhythmias who presented to Liaoning Jinqiu Hospital from January to December 2022,grouping was carried out using the random number table method,in which 100 patients who implemented conventional care were included in the control group and the remaining 100 patients who carried out targeted care were included in the experimental group.Psychological status,cardiac function,quality of life and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,the experimental group was lower than the control group in terms of anxiety scores and depression scores(both P<0.05);In left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walk distance(6MWT)and cardiac output(CO),the test group was higher than the control group(all P<0.05);The experimental group was higher than the control group in cognitive,social,role and somatic function scores(all P<0.05);In terms of nursing satisfaction,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The intervention of targeted care for patients with cardiac arrhythmias was effective and conducive to improving psychological status and cardiac function,enhancing the quality of life,and prompting patients to be more satisfied with this care service.
