摘  要:目的探究快速血清学检验与微生物培养在儿童肺炎支原体感染诊断中的作用。方法选择医院2022年1—12月收治的80例儿童肺炎支原体感染患者为研究对象,分别为患者使用快速血清学检验与微生物培养,对比两种不同检查方式的检验结果,以及不同年龄、不同病程的阳性检出情况。结果使用微生物培养检测出儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性77例,阳性检出率96.25%,快速血清检测儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性64例,阳性检出率80.00%,微生物培养阳性检出率高于快速血清检验(P<0.05);病程不超过1周的42例患儿,微生物培养检验阳性检出率97.62%,快速血清检测阳性检出率64.28%;病程超过1周的38例患儿微生物培养检验阳性检出率94.74%,快速血清检测阳性检出率97.36%,两种方式阳性检出率数据有差异(P<0.05);对不同年龄儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性检出率进行比较,年龄在4~7岁的患儿微生物培养检验阳性检出率高于快速血清检验(P<0.05),年龄0~3岁患儿和8~12岁患儿两种方式检出率对比无差异(均P>0.05)。结论儿童肺炎支原体感染在诊断过程中快速血清学检验与微生物培养技术均具有较高的诊断价值,相较于快速血清学检验,微生物培养的方式能够从整体上提升患儿疾病阳性检出率,但是如果患儿患病时间较长,在疾病诊断过程中使用快速血清学检验,效果较好。Objective To investigate the role of rapid serological test and microbiological culture in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods A total of 80 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections in children admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and rapid serological test and microbiological culture were used for the patients respectively to compare the test results of the two different examination modes,as well as the positive detection situation of different ages and different stages of disease.Results 77 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were detected positively by microbiological culture,with a positive detection rate of 96.25%,and 64 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were detected positively by rapid serological test,with a positive detection rate of 80.00%,and the positive detection rate of microbiological culture was higher than that of rapid serological test(P<0.05);for 42 children with the disease duration of not more than 1 week,the positive detection rate of microbiological culture test was 97.62%,rapid serological test positive detection rate of 64.28%;the disease duration of more than 1 week of 38 cases of children microbiological culture test positive detection rate of 94.74%,rapid serological test positive detection rate of 97.36%,the two ways of positive detection rate data are different(P<0.05);the different ages of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection positive detection rate of comparison,the age of 4-7 years old Comparison of the positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children of different ages,the positive detection rate of microbiological culture test in children aged 4-7 years was higher than that of rapid serological test(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the comparison of the detection rate of the two modes in children aged 0-3 years and children aged 8-12 years(both P>0.05).Conclusions Rapid serological test and microbiological cultur
