电刺激及生物反馈疗法联合凯格尔运动治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果

摘　　要：目的研究在电刺激及生物反馈疗法基础上联合凯格尔运动治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年9月期间就诊于我院产后康复中心的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者采用电刺激及生物反馈疗法,观察组在上述治疗基础上联合凯格尔运动治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、盆底肌肌力、小便症状改善情况及性生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效、阴道肌张力、性生活质量均高于对照组(均P<0.05);夜尿次数、尿失禁次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病,在临床应用电刺激及生物反馈疗法常规治疗基础上联合凯格尔运动方案,疗效显著,能更好地促进患者康复,症状改善。Objective To study the effect of electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy combined with Kegel exercise for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Methods Two hundred patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disorders who attended the postpartum rehabilitation center of our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy,while the observation group was treated with Kegel exercise on the basis of the above treatments.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength,improvement of urinary symptoms and quality of sexual life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy,vaginal muscle tone,and quality of sexual life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the number of nocturia and urinary incontinence was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease,based on the clinical application of electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy conventional treatment,combined with Kegel exercise program,the therapeutic effect is remarkable combined with Kegel exercise program,the therapeutic effect is remarkable,which can better promote the recovery of patients and improve their symptoms.
