椎管内注药镇痛法无痛分娩的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨椎管内注药镇痛法无痛分娩的临床应用效果。方法选择2022年2月至2023年5月间在我院进行分娩的产妇100例为研究对象,根据分娩方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组在分娩阶段不采用镇痛类药物,观察组分娩阶段开展椎管内注药镇痛法的无痛分娩干预,比较两组的产程时间及分娩阵痛程度,分析椎管内注药镇痛法的临床效果。结果观察组第一、第二、第三产程时间均短于对照组,观察组产妇的分娩疼痛程度轻,镇痛效果良好(均P<0.05)。分娩结束后1 d,观察组疼痛程度评分(VAS)低于对照组,观察组产妇对医护全程管理的满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在使用椎管内注药镇痛法进行产妇无痛分娩时,联合全程个体化护理,各产程时间缩减,镇痛效果良好。Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of painless delivery.Methods A total of 100 women who gave birth in our hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were included as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to different delivery methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group did not use analgesic drugs in the delivery stage,and the observation group carried out painless labor intervention with intravertebral injection analgesic method during the delivery stage.The labor time and labor pain degree of the two groups were compared,and the clinical effect of intravertebral injection analgesic method was analyzed.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The degree of labor pain in the observation group was light and the analgesic effect was good(all P<0.05).One day after delivery,the pain degree score(VAS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the maternal in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The analgesic effect of intravertebral injection analgesia is good when combined with the whole process of individual nursing,the time of each stage of labor is reduced.
