摘 要:目的评价尿常规干化学法与尿沉渣镜检对尿白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析在我院2020年2月至2022年2月接受尿常规干化学法及尿沉渣镜检102份尿液标本,以尿沉渣镜检结果为“金标准”,评价尿常规干化学法检测的诊断价值。结果尿沉渣镜检检测尿白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白成分的阳性检出率均低于尿干化学法(均P<0.05)。以尿沉渣镜检结果为“金标准”,单一尿干化学法检测尿白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白的准确度、敏感度、特异度均有限。结论检测尿白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白时,单一尿常规干化学法诊断价值有限,应联合尿沉渣镜检提高临床诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of urine dry chemistry and urine sediment microscopy for urine white blood cell,red blood cell and urine protein.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 102 urine samples from February 2020 to February 2022 in our hospital,and the diagnostic value of urine dry chemical routine detection was evaluated with the results of urine sediment microscopy as the"gold standard".Results The positive rates of urine white blood cell,red blood cell and urine protein components detected by urine sediment microscopy were lower than those by urine dry chemical method(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of urine dry chemical method for detecting urine white blood cell,red blood cell and urine protein are limited.Conclusions When detecting urine white blood cells,red blood cells and urine protein,the diagnostic value of single routine dry chemical method is limited,and it should be combined with urine sediment microscopy to improve the clinical diagnostic value.
